Mt Hotham Skiing Holidays

The Australian winter resort of Mt Hotham is located at 1750 meters altitude, with highest lift at 1860 m. and has thirteen ski lifts. The annual snowfall here is fourteen feet which creates great conditions for snow sports. There is a good variety of ski terrain - from a walk on the beginner runs to challenging off-piste skiing and boarding, the mountainous area has the something for all ability levels. However, Mount Hotham is usually preferred by the advanced and expert skiers and snowboarders as around forty percent of the ski slopes are for advanced riders. There are coaching classes for both the beginner and intermediate levels and also night skiing and boarding on the Big D area.
